For our employee spotlight this month, we are happy to introduce Allie Russell! Allie is our Plainfield Assistant Manager and she assists with scheduling, training, parent communication, and assists with programs mod/BIPs. Allie is an RBT that has been working at ABC for about 2 1⁄2 years and she aspires to be a BCBA someday. Some fun facts about Allie are that she is a graduate from University of Iowa, her favorite color is lavender, and she loves to play volleyball, however watching football is always fun too. In her free-time she enjoys working out and playing with her dog Wham who she and her boyfriend adopted almost 2 years ago!
Allie says that she loves to work with kids and helping others so when she graduated from college instead of finding a job “just to get started” she wanted to find a job she would love. That is when Allie discovered ABA and felt it was her perfect fit! She loves how we are a tight knit company that has support wherever you look and that no matter what kind of issues someone has (personal, mental, physical, or just everyday questions) someone is always able to step in and help!
